On February 17, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2 Phitsanulok), assigned Miss Wanwisa Tipbunthong, Senior Policy and Planning Analyst, to attend the 2nd Provincial Agricultural Development Committee Meeting of Sukhothai Province in 2026 at the meeting room of the Sukhothai Land Development Station, Wangyai Subdistrict, Sri Samrong District, Sukhothai Province. Miss Sasiphimol Chaisaenphong, Sukhothai Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer, chaired the meeting.
Objectives of the meeting:
To receive information on:
- The list of government agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. Sukhothai Province, 2026
- Report on the agricultural economic situation in 2025 and trends for 2026 in Sukhothai Province.
- Preparation of the provincial agricultural and cooperative action plan and progress report on the implementation of projects under the agricultural and cooperative action plan of Sukhothai Province for the year 2026, Quarter 1, data as of January 10, 2026, from agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.
- Agricultural disaster situation (assistance provided).
- Support for the development of targeted poor households with incomes below the poverty line in 2025 that are feasible.
- High-value agricultural products and services project: 1 Locality, 1 High-Value Agricultural Product, Fiscal Year 2026.
- Water situation and water management in Sukhothai Province, by the Sukhothai Irrigation Project.
For consideration:
- Meeting to monitor the progress of the implementation of the inspection plan of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Fiscal Year 2026, Round 1, Sukhothai Province.
The ROAE2 presented a report on the agricultural economic situation in Sukhothai Province for 2025 and projected trends for 2026 to the meeting. This information will be used by relevant agencies to manage agricultural products more efficiently.
