On February 19, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok), assigned Mrs. Suthathip Srisapphakit, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, to attend the 2nd Meeting of the Committee and Working Group on Climate Change in Phitsanulok Province, held at Crystal Room 2, The Park Hotel, Phitsanulok Province. Mr. Nisit Sawatdithep, Deputy Governor of Phitsanulok Province, chaired the meeting.
Objectives of the meeting:
To be informed on 4 matters:
- Phitsanulok Provincial Order No. 7265/2568 dated January 18, 2025, regarding the appointment of the Committee and Working Group on Climate Change in Phitsanulok Province (by the National Institute of Development Administration).
- Background and details of the project to drive measures according to the action plan for greenhouse gas reduction. Fiscal Year 2026 (by the National Institute of Development Administration)
- Study results on the linkage between greenhouse gas reduction measures under the National Greenhouse Gas Reduction Action Plan 2024-2030 and the national NDC 3.0 targets with provincial greenhouse gas reduction measures (by the National Institute of Development Administration)
- Compilation of provincial-level greenhouse gas data/activities and technologies to be used for greenhouse gas reduction/guidelines for developing zero-emission plans and guidelines for achieving carbon neutrality (by the National Institute of Development Administration)
For consideration of 2 issues:
- Details of the project implementation plan to drive measures according to the National Greenhouse Gas Reduction Action Plan (by the National Institute of Development Administration)
- Problems, obstacles, and suggestions for driving greenhouse gas reduction operations within the province (by the National Institute of Development Administration)
