On March 23, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok), assigned Miss Kittiwan Prasitiphol, Policy and Planning Analyst, to attend the 3rd/2026 meeting of the Uttaradit Provincial Agricultural Development Committee (SCP) via Zoom. Miss. Kanok-orn Saeng-arun, Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer of Uttaradit, chaired the meeting.
Eleven items were discussed for information, including:
- Report on the water and planting situation in Uttaradit Province
- Follow-up on the progress of flood relief payments to farmers
- Situation regarding hotspots and burned areas In the area of Uttaradit Province:
- Preparation for preventing and resolving drought problems in Uttaradit Province.
- Request for assistance in implementing guidelines to address the problem of low coconut prices.
- Report on the agricultural sector affected by the tense situation in the Middle East.
- Report on the production situation of important agricultural products in Uttaradit Province affected by the tense situation in the Middle East and agricultural disasters.
- Follow-up on instructions from the inspection of progress according to the inspection plan of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Fiscal Year 2026, Inspection Area 17, Round 1.
- Publicizing the recruitment of farmers to participate in the long-term handicraft training course, 2026.
- Updating information on the Agricultural Production Efficiency Improvement Learning Center (APELC) network in the fisheries sector.
- Progress report on the implementation of the High-Value Agricultural Products and Services Project, 1 Locality 1 High-Value Agricultural Product, Fiscal Year 2026.

- Guidelines for preventing and resolving the agricultural situation in Uttaradit Province. Affected by the tense situation in the Middle East.
- Preparation of the agricultural and cooperative development plan for Uttaradit Province (2028-2032).
