On May 14, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2 Phitsanulok), attended a workshop on the preparation of the Uttaradit Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan (2028-2032). The meeting was held at the meeting room of the Uttaradit Irrigation Project, Ngiu Ngam Subdistrict, Mueang District, Uttaradit Province. It was chaired by Mr. Santi Rangsiruji, Governor of Uttaradit Province, with Miss Kanok-orn Saeng-arun, Uttaradit Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Officer, delivering the report.
On this occasion, the Director of ROAE2 co-lectured on the topic “Agricultural Economic Situation of Thailand and Lower Northern Province Cluster 1,” presenting the following points:
- The agricultural economic and product situation of Thailand.
- The agricultural product situation of the Lower Northern Province Cluster 1 (5 provinces).
- The economic structure and agricultural economic conditions of the Lower Northern Province Cluster 1.
- The (draft) 14th National Economic and Social Development Plan.
- The (draft) Agricultural Action Plan (2028-2032).
