On June 19, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), assigned Miss Wanwisa Thipbunthong, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst, to participate in a preparatory virtual meeting via Zoom.
The session was held to prepare for the upcoming meeting to monitor operational progress under the second round of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (MOAC) Inspector General’s inspection plan for fiscal year 2026. The meeting was presided over and chaired by Miss Kanokorn Saengarun, Uttaradit Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Officer.
The meeting agendas were structured as follows:
To acknowledge 2 matters, namely:
- MOAC Ministerial Order: Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives Order No. 393/2026, issued on May 20, 2026, regarding amendments to the official directive establishing the FY 2026 inspection plan for the MOAC Inspector General.
- Policy & Project Alignment: A baseline briefing on MOAC core policies and localized plan/project implementation. This was designed to ensure that local heads of government agencies thoroughly understand the Ministry’s high-priority focus areas for upcoming field-level project executions.
To consider 1 matter, namely:
- 2nd Round Inspection Framework: Reviewing the progress tracking and evaluation guidelines for provincial projects tied to the second round of the Inspector General’s FY 2026 inspection plan, aligned specifically with the Ministry’s key policy initiatives.
