Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2 Phitsanulok), assigned Miss Kittawan Prasitthiphol, Operational Policy and Plan Analyst, to conduct comprehensive field data collection and monitor localized agricultural commodity situations from June 15 to 26, 2026.
This second phase of field operations targeted ground-level interviews and data gathering from relevant public sector agencies, private sector entrepreneurs, and local farmers across three northern provinces: Uttaradit, Phrae, and Nan.
Core Objectives & Data Utilization
The primary objective of this field tracking initiative is to secure reliable primary data to update regional economic indicators. The compiled insights will be utilized as follows:
- Provincial Economic Forecasting: To analyze and estimate localized agricultural economic conditions for the second quarter of 2026 (Q2/2026) alongside the comprehensive 2026 annual outlook.
- Executive & Regional Reporting: To submit verified economic datasets to the executive board of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE) as well as provincial leadership teams and administrative bodies.
- Agile Planning & Mitigation: To assist regional agencies in utilizing up-to-date insights to draft targeted action plans, support agricultural promotional projects, and deploy responsive, timely mitigation measures that address unfolding field situations effectively.
