On June 25, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2 Phitsanulok), assigned Miss Panrada Tharuean, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, alongside ROAE2 personnel, to participate in a virtual capacity-building workshop titled “Using the CEIC Agricultural Economic Database”. The session was conducted online via Zoom Cloud Meetings.
The training was officially opened by Mr. Narongsak Karan, Director of the National Agricultural Big Data Center (NABC), and was designed to enhance the knowledge, structural understanding, and technical skills of Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE) personnel in leveraging macroeconomic data platforms.
Miss Premmika Gorowala, Senior Account Manager from CEIC Data (Thailand) Co., Ltd., served as the guest keynote speaker, leading hands-on training across several core focal points:
- Advanced Data Retrieval: Navigating the CEIC platform efficiently to extract targeted global and regional economic datasets.
- Macroeconomic Data Analysis: Utilizing analytical frameworks to interpret macro-indicators and identify evolving market trends.
- Practical Research Integration: Applying database insights to back up academic research, streamline real-time situational analysis, and synthesize high-fidelity agricultural economic information.
