On June 26, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2 Phitsanulok), assigned Mr. Banphot Nuchliang, Computer Technical Officer, to attend the 1/2026 Personal Data Protection Working Group Meeting of the Office of Agricultural Economics. The session was conducted virtually via Zoom and was presided over and chaired by Dr. Krit Iamthanon, Director of the Center for Agricultural Information.
The meeting focused on strengthening personal data governance, updating compliance roadmaps, and establishing protocols for handling security incidents. The agendas were structured as follows:

- Data Leak Response Protocols: Deliberating on operational guidelines and standard incident-response measures to implement in the event that user credentials (usernames and passwords) are compromised or leaked due to external vulnerabilities.
- 2025 Privacy Maturity Assessment: Reviewing the performance results and benchmark ratings from the fiscal year 2025 Personal Data Protection Maturity Evaluation (Privacy Maturity Model).

- Privacy Development Roadmap: Formulating the strategic Data Protection Maturity Development Plan (Privacy Maturity Model) aimed at systematically upgrading the agency’s data protection capabilities.
- Draft Data Processing Agreement (DPA): Reviewing and refining the regulatory framework of the Draft Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to legally bind and safeguard personal data during inter-agency or third-party processing operations.
