On June 30, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), assigned a senior leadership delegation to participate in a virtual joint consultative meeting via Zoom.
The delegation representing ROAE2 included:
- Mrs. Suthathip Srisarpkit, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Plan Division
- Miss Panrada Tharuean, Director of the Agricultural Information Division
- Miss Mayuchat Niyom, Head of the General Administration Section
The session was presided over and chaired by Mr. Nikorn Sangket, Director of the 8th Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE8).
Core Objectives & Administrative Alignment
The meeting brought together leadership representatives from regional branches to align operational frameworks around two main areas:
- FY 2027 Budget Allocation: Reviewing budgetary requirements, prioritizing regional resource allocations, and structuring fiscal plans for the upcoming 2027 budget cycle.
- Inter-Office Organizational Development: Collaborative planning to streamline and standardize the organizational development blueprints spanning all twelve regional branches (ROAE 1–12).
The primary focus of this joint consultation was to ensure that the drafting of the overarching organizational development plan is highly unified, eliminating administrative redundancies and maximizing strategic efficacy across all regional offices nationwide.
