On July 7, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2 Phitsanulok), assigned Miss Kittiwan Prasitthiphol, Practitioner Policy and Plan Analyst, to participate in the workshop for the formulation of the Nan Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Development Plan (2028–2032) for the Fiscal Year 2028. The session was held at the Chao Mahaphrom Surathada Meeting Room, 6th Floor, Nan City Hall, and was presided over by Mr. Kritsana Amphan, Nan Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Officer.
The meeting was held to acknowledge 7 matters, namely:
- Order of the Nan Provincial Subcommittee on Agricultural and Cooperatives Development No. 1/2026, dated April 7, 2026, regarding the appointment of the Working Group for the Formulation of the Nan Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Development Plan.
- The timeline calendar for the formulation of the Nan Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Development Plan (2028–2032).
- The alignment and consistency of the 3 levels of national and regional plans.
- The 20-Year Nan Provincial Development Goals (2023–2042).
- The required components and structure of the Agricultural and Cooperatives Development Plan.
- The project implementation results (agricultural sector) under the previous Nan Provincial Development Plan (2023–2027).
- The criteria and guidelines for preparing budget requests according to the provincial official action plan for the Fiscal Year 2028.
The meeting was held to consider 3 matters, namely:
- The environmental analysis (SWOT) of the province’s agricultural and cooperatives sector.
- The formulation of the TOWS Matrix.
- The formulation of the Nan Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Development Plan (2028–2032) for the Fiscal Year 2028.
