On July 7, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2 Phitsanulok), assigned Mrs. Suthathip Srisapphakit, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Plan Division, to attend the 2nd round of the fiscal year 2026 inspection meeting of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (MOAC) Inspector General for Inspection Region 17 in Uttaradit Province (Mr. Sophat Chawalkul), and joined the field visit to monitor the second-round operational progress in Uttaradit Province. The meeting was held at the Sila At Meeting Room, Uttaradit City Hall, and was presided over by Mr. Sophat Chawalkul, Inspector General for Region 17.
The purpose was to monitor the progress of project implementations for the second round in accordance with the key policies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, with field monitoring conducted at 3 locations as follows:
- Location 1: At the Aoy Fruits Uttaradit Durian Packing House, Moo 3, Mae Phun Sub-district, Laplae District, Uttaradit Province.
- Listened to a briefing on the operational results of the durian packing house.
- Witnessed a demonstration of dry weight testing for durian products exported overseas.
- The Inspector General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (Mr. Sophat Chawalkul) met with entrepreneurs, delivered policies, and listened to the problems and needs of local farmers.
- Toured the durian sorting and packing process, as well as the quality inspection.
- Location 2: At the Central Fruit Market and OTOP Products, Mae Phun Sub-district, Laplae District, Uttaradit Province.
- Location 3: At the Mueang Uttaradit Agricultural Cooperative Limited (Rice Mill), Ban Ko Sub-district, Mueang Uttaradit District, Uttaradit Province.
