On July 14, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2 Phitsanulok), assigned Miss Kittiwan Prasitthiphol, Practitioner Policy and Plan Analyst, to attend the 3rd workshop session on the “Agricultural Extension and Land Development Officers Enhancing Resilience to Climate Change Impacts in Thailand through Efficient Water Management and Sustainable Agriculture” curriculum for Phitsanulok, Sukhothai, and Uttaradit provinces. The event was held at the Ayutthaya Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Topland Hotel, Phitsanulok Province, and was presided over by Mr. Surapong Puangkote, Director of the Socio-Economic and Project Evaluation Division, Royal Irrigation Department.
During the morning session, the participants listened to:
- Managing the direction of modern Thai agriculture under climate change
- Integrating technology for digital-era agriculture
- Managing agricultural products using market-led production principles
During the afternoon session, the participants listened to:
- Writing business plans for agribusiness, alongside a workshop on studying business plans for the agricultural sector and creating marketing plans
- Designing action plans to drive policies from local areas to the provincial level
