On July 16, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2 Phitsanulok), assigned Miss Wanwisa Thipboonthong, Professional Policy and Plan Analyst, to participate in the meeting of the Subcommittee for the Formulation of the Lower Northern Provincial Cluster 1 Development Plan (2028–2032) via the Zoom online system. Miss Sarinrat Kerdsakulrungrot, Deputy Governor of Phitsanulok Province, presided over the meeting.
The meeting was held to acknowledge the process of formulating the Lower Northern Provincial Cluster 1 Development Plan (2028–2032) and the official action plan for Fiscal Year 2028 of the Lower Northern Provincial Cluster 1, as well as to consider the (Draft) Lower Northern Provincial Cluster 1 Development Plan (2028–2032).
