On September 1, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), assigned Miss Kittiwan Prasitthiphol, Practitioner Policy and Plan Analyst, to attend the seminar project on knowledge exchange of agricultural driving results for Uttaradit Province for Fiscal Year 2026 and driving guidelines for 2027 under the theme “Data Guiding the Way toward Uttaradit Agricultural Development” at Tonthong Hotel, Mueang Uttaradit District, Uttaradit Province, with Mr. Santi Rangsiruji, Governor of Uttaradit Province, presiding over the opening ceremony.
The objective of the seminar was to disseminate and exchange operational results and the utilization of agricultural and cooperative data at the local level, as well as to gather opinions, problems, obstacles, needs, and recommendations from relevant sectors to support the formulation of development guidelines and driving agricultural operations in Uttaradit Province for Fiscal Year 2027 in alignment with the policies and key missions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.
Key activities included:
- Special lecture on “Directions and Goals for Uttaradit Agricultural Sector Development in 2027” by the Governor of Uttaradit Province
- Product display and publicity of safe agricultural product distribution venues (Q Market), along with an exhibition showcasing achievements in agriculture and cooperatives in Uttaradit Province
- Panel discussion on “Results of Uttaradit Agricultural Driving in 2026 Towards Operational Guidelines for 2027” by the Uttaradit Provincial Agricultural Officer, Uttaradit Provincial Cooperatives Officer, Uttaradit Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Officer, Uttaradit Provincial Fisheries Officer, Uttaradit Provincial Livestock Officer, and Uttaradit Provincial Commerce Officer
- Group workshop on “Analyzing, Synthesizing, and Presenting Data for Effective Agricultural Driving”
