This event was held to express gratitude and remembrance of the immeasurable royal benevolence of King Rama II, who performed numerous royal duties that have been invaluable to the nation and its people to this day. Mr. Kiattisak Trongsiri, Governor of Phitsanulok Province, presided over the ceremony, along with the President of the Phitsanulok Provincial Red Cross and other provincial administrators.
