Participated in the 1st Workshop on Unified Data and Integration of Regional Fruit Management Plans in 2026, held at The Lily Hotel and via Zoom Cloud Meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meeting Resolutions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lychee Situation in Northern Thailand, 2026:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Major production areas include Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phayao, and Nan. Production: Standing area decreased by 1.64% to 64,783 rai; fruiting area decreased by 1.55% to 64,768 rai; average yield decreased by 22.99% to 345 kg\/rai; total production decreased by 24.26% to 22,327 tons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing: Production is expected to enter the market from April to July, with the peak production in May at 12,943 tons, or 57.97% of the total production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Longan Situation in Northern Thailand, 2026:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Major producing areas include Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Lamphun, Phayao, and Nan. Production: Standing area decreased by 1.05% to 1,226,032 rai. Fruiting area decreased by 1.22% to 1,217,974 rai. Average yield decreased by 1.45% to 816 kg\/rai. Total production volume decreased by 2.68% to 993,673 tons, consisting of 658,160 tons of in-season longan (June-September) and 335,513 tons of off-season longan (January-May, October-December). This is due to farmers&#8217; uncertainty regarding in-season longan prices. &#8211; Farmers in some areas have therefore reduced their care.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing: It is expected that the produce will enter the market during January to December. The peak production month is August, at 412,218 tons, or 41.48% of the total production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durian Situation in Northern Thailand, 2026:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Major production areas include Uttaradit, Sukhothai, Phrae, and Phitsanulok. Production: The area with standing trees increased by 6.48% to 130,023 rai. The area with fruit increased by 12.95% to 92,565 rai. The average yield increased by 6.30% to 827 kilograms per rai. &#8211; Total production volume increased by 19.97% to 76,515 tons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing: Production is expected to enter the market from April to October. The peak production month is June, at 29,428 tons, or 38.46%, followed by July at 27,029 tons, or 35.33% of the total production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mango Situation in Northern Thailand, 2026:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Major production areas include Phitsanulok, Chiang Mai, Phetchabun, Phichit, and Sukhothai. Production: Standing area decreased by 0.17% to 144,898 rai. Fruiting area increased by 1.23% to 136,344 rai. Average yield increased by 6.92% to 865 kilograms per rai. Total production volume increased by 8.22% to 117,955 tons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing: Production is expected to enter the market from January to September.
