The research team outlined strategic frameworks to help map out sustainable development plans and market expansion strategies for processed avocado goods, utilizing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Supply Chain Management<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Value Chain Analysis<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Business Model Canvas (BMC)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Product Development<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting brought together key stakeholders from across Chiang Mai Province, including farmer groups, local agribusiness entrepreneurs, and representatives from both the public and private sectors under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (MOAC). Attendees actively exchanged insights, addressing the distinct opportunities and logistical constraints of manufacturing and marketing processed avocado personal care products\u2014such as <strong>lotions, shampoos, and soaps<\/strong>\u2014derived from Northern domestic cultivation hubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Next Steps<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data and strategic feedback compiled during this focus group will serve as a foundational baseline. These insights will be further discussed to synthesize a comprehensive overview for the Northern region on June 10, 2026.
