The meeting was presided over and chaired by Mrs. Jiranan Vasutheprasansan, Phitsanulok Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting focused on tracking executive field directives, updating climate status, and preparing for the upcoming regional agricultural expo, organized into the following agendas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Matters for Acknowledgment (5 Items)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Deputy Minister&#8217;s Field Visit Summary:<\/strong> Reviewing the operational outputs, feedback, and key takeaways from the official field inspection conducted by Miss Piyarat Chitiyapairat, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and her delegation in Phitsanulok Province on May 31, 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MOAC Inspection Plan Amendment:<\/strong> Acknowledging Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (MOAC) Order No. 393\/2026, dated May 20, 2026, which establishes official updates and amendments to the FY 2026 inspector general workflow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inspector General Review Framework:<\/strong> Tracking guidelines and preparatory steps for the upcoming second round (Monitoring and Evaluation phase) of the MOAC Inspector General&#8217;s FY 2026 provincial inspection cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hydrological &amp; El Ni\u00f1o Status:<\/strong> Reviewing the province&#8217;s current reservoir levels, localized water availability, and tracking the ongoing impacts of El Ni\u00f1o weather patterns on local crop cycles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Energy Crisis Mitigation Proposals:<\/strong> Deliberating on the drafting of project proposals and structural action plans under the 2026 Emergency Decree.
