{"id":9586,"date":"2026-08-19T16:18:11","date_gmt":"2026-08-19T09:18:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zone2.oae.go.th\/?p=9586"},"modified":"2026-09-07T16:07:53","modified_gmt":"2026-09-07T09:07:53","slug":"roae2-attended-the-8-2026-uttaradit-provincial-agricultural-driving-committee-meeting-scp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zone2.oae.go.th\/?p=9586&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"ROAE2 attended the 8\/2026 Uttaradit Provincial Agricultural Driving Committee Meeting (SCP)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On August 19, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), assigned Miss Kittiwan Prasitthiphol, Practitioner Policy and Plan Analyst, to attend the 8\/2026 Uttaradit Provincial Agricultural Driving Committee Meeting (Single Command Province: SCP) via the ZOOM online system, with Miss Kanokon Saengarun, Uttaradit Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Officer, presiding over the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting was held to acknowledge 14 matters, namely:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparedness, surveillance, and monitoring of heavy rainfall situations between August 19\u201321, 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water situation and crop cultivation report of Uttaradit Province<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report on the production situation of major agricultural commodities in Uttaradit Province<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting low-water alternative agriculture for farmers to cope with El Ni\u00f1o and dry spells<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prevention and resolution of durian issues in Uttaradit Province<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measures for preventing and mitigating agricultural burning for 2026\/2027<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updating member rosters of large-scale farming plots in Thong Saen Khan District, Uttaradit Province<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The High-Value Agricultural Products and Services Project &#8220;1 Locality, 1 High-Value Agricultural Product&#8221; for Fiscal Year 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementation of the Q Restaurant project promoting safe ingredients in Uttaradit Province for 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementation of the Q Market project promoting consumption and use of Q raw materials in Uttaradit Province for 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Projects under the Emergency Decree Authorizing the Ministry of Finance to Borrow Money to Address Impacts from the Energy Crisis and Facilitate the Country&#8217;s Energy Transition, B.E. 2569 (2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Progress monitoring on directives given by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives (Miss Piyarath Tiyapairat) during her inspection tour in Uttaradit Province<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow-up on directives from progress inspections under the Fiscal Year 2026 Inspection Plan of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Inspection Zone 17, Rounds 1 and 2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formulation of the Uttaradit Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Development Plan (2028\u20132032)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting was held to consider 3 matters, namely:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Driving the management of agricultural residues under the Prevention and Resolution of Smog, Wildfire, and PM2.5 Project for Fiscal Year 2027<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality grading of large-scale farming plots for Fiscal Year 2026 across 13 commodities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changing the primary Agricultural Learning Center for Increasing Production Efficiency (ALC) of Mueang Uttaradit District<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Photo\/News:<\/strong> Public Relations Working Group, ROAE2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Froae2plk%2Fposts%2Fpfbid0po3EgjmZxJ23K6WSFpSeAJSAzVDjB2Jrgjo66ANYiA4eXrTpj21Xcq9F8mry72ekl&#038;show_text=false&#038;width=800\" width=\"800\" height=\"1000\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay;
