The objective was to ensure participants acquired knowledge, understanding, and operational capability within the New GFMIS Thai system to prepare thoroughly and accurately for year-end closing, and to gain an understanding of the criteria and guidelines for carrying over budget funds across fiscal years and extending expenditure disbursement periods.
